PRODUCT RETURN

You have the right to return the product after receiving the product. Call 2104296335 or send an email to bonus.boutique@yahoo.gr, explaining the reason you wish to return the order.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

If you want to replace or return a product, you can do so simply by following these steps:

TERMS

The return / replacement of products is accepted by our store, within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment of the product.

In order to be able to accept the return / replacement, the products must be in excellent condition, unused and in their original packaging. Also, the receipt and the brand card or any accompanying packaging with which the products were sent are necessary (eg shoe box).

The return package must contain the products in their original packaging and be packaged in such a way as not to damage the product or its packaging.

In case you want to replace a product, we will send you the new product immediately upon receipt of the return. It is good to know that the return process from Bonus Boutique takes 1-3 working days, as all returned products go through quality control.

The same procedure applies to the return of a product. Once we receive the product, we complete the quality control and then proceed with the refund. Refunds are made by Bank Deposit to an account that you indicate to us.

You can not replace or return a product you bought from our online store to our physical store.

Accessories, underwear and swimwear are not changed or returned for hygiene reasons.

Also, no changes or returns are made to drivers who are in BAZAAR and to products that are at a discount MORE than 60% of the original value of the product.

 

COST

The return costs are borne by the customer and include the cost of return with the same transport company with which the shipment was made and the costs of sending the order.

Therefore, the money that will be returned to you, is the total value of the products you bought and not the total cost of the order.

On the contrary, if you receive your order, with a defective product, we undertake to replace it for you immediately and without any charge!
